Abstract
Locus of control was found to have a significant and direct positive impact on self-efficacy. This suggests that employees who are highly confident in their capability to complete their tasks will result in increased confidence in high performance in the organization. Task complexity was found to have a significant and direct positive impact on self-efficacy. This shows that management improvements regarding the complexity of tasks will result in increased behavior and employee confidence in carrying out their duties. Locus of control was found to have a significant and direct positive impact on employee performance. This suggests that improved loci controls will result in improved employee performance.
